Lenny's Sub Shop Opens 22nd Location in Greater Houston!

February 14, 2008 // Franchising.com // Lenny's Sub Shop is pleased to announce the opening of a new location in Houston, Texas. The new restaurant is the 10th in Harris County, and the 22nd Lenny¹s Sub Shop to open in the Greater Houston Area. The restaurant is located at 10961 North Freeway, in the Plaza at Greens Landing shopping center. Rob Dalrymple will be the opening Operating Partner for this location, and has been an Operating Partner for over three years with Lenny's.

CLM Franchise Consultants, LLC, a Conroe, Texas based company, owned and operated by Lenny Moore (founder of Lenny's Sub Shops) and his partner Tom Clatterbuck, are developing 90 Lenny's in the Houston area. Moore and Clatterbuck are the largest Lenny's Sub Shop operating group in the country.

They operate in Mississippi and Florida, but relocated to Houston in 2005, and purchased the rights to develop Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Galveston counties.

While the original Lenny's Sub Shop opened in a Memphis suburb in 1998, owners Len and Sheila Moore first started selling delicious subs and Philly cheesesteaks years before on the Wildwood, New Jersey boardwalk. Lenny's offers fresh baked bread and the finest quality deli meats and cheeses, sliced fresh to order.

"Houston is a great community and a perfect fit for Lenny's," said Moore. "Our delicious subs and Philly Cheesesteaks and excellent customer service are continuing to make Lenny's a great success in Houston."
