DALLAS, Feb 18, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Beginning today, a new contest from Romano's Macaroni Grill asks guests nationwide to select their favorite menu items.

The contest, "My Amore," invites guests to visit http://www.myamore.macaronigrill.com, select their favorite Macaroni Grill menu item and express why it is special to them. The most creative and passionate entries will receive Macaroni Grill gift cards, and one grand prize winner will also receive a private four-course dinner for 10 people hosted by a Macaroni Grill Chef at their local restaurant.

Also, many of the winning entries will be posted online next to their selected menu items for other guests to review on http://www.macaronigrill.com. The contest ends on April 27, 2008 and the results, including guests' top 10 favorite Macaroni Grill menu items, will be unveiled in late June.
