Company Adds a Total of 119 New Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating and Electrical Franchisees; Expands Into New Territories Across the US

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clockwork Home Services (Clockwork) today announced its fourth quarter and full year franchise growth for 2007. During the fourth quarter period from October 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007, Clockwork added a total of 36 new plumbing, air conditioning & heating and electrical franchisees. For the full year in 2007, Clockwork added a total of 119 new franchisees. Including these results, the company now has a total portfolio of 409 US-based home services franchisees in the plumbing, heating & air conditioning and electrical sectors.

For the three months ending in December 2007, Clockwork reported the following growth for its Benjamin Franklin Plumbing®, One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating® (One Hour) and Mister Sparky® Electrical (Mister Sparky) franchises:

* Benjamin Franklin Plumbing added 10 new franchisees in the fourth quarter of 2007, bringing the year-end number of new franchisees to 43. Including these new franchisees, Benjamin Franklin now has a total of 167 franchisees in 232 territories across the US. During the fourth quarter in 2007, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing expanded into new territories in Fort Myers, Atlantic Beach and Winter Garden FL; North San Antonio and Pearland, TX; Littleton, NH; Stevens Point, WI; Kannapolis, NC; Cleveland, OH and Hutchinson, KS.

* One Hour added 14 new franchisees in the fourth quarter of 2007, bringing the year-end number of new franchisees to 47. Including these new franchisees, One Hour now has a total of 177 franchisees in 212 territories across the US. During the fourth quarter in 2007, One Hour expanded into several new territories within Covington, LA; Gilbert, AZ; Plant City and Vero Beach, FL; Midland and Carrollton, TX; Sandy, UT; Ramsey, MN; North Pittsburgh, PA; Buford, GA; Alexandria, VA; Wichita, KS; Lexington, KY and Jackson, MI.

* Mister Sparky added 12 new franchisees in the fourth quarter of 2007, bringing the year-end number of new franchisees to 29. Including these new franchisees, Mister Sparky now has a total of 55 franchisees in 55 territories across the US. During the fourth quarter in 2007, Mister Sparky expanded into several new territories within Mendota Heights and Owatonna, MN; Raleigh, NC; Katy and North San Antonio, TX; Omaha, NE; Hampton, VA; Stockton, CA; Woodward, OK; New Boston and Howell, MI and Indianapolis, IN.
