Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund Announces February 2008 Distribution

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 10, 2008) - Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:BPF.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 11.5 cents per unit for the period from February 1, 2008 to February 29, 2008. The distribution will be paid to unitholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2008 and will be payable on March 31, 2008.

Same Store Sales Growth was -0.7% for the period January 1, 2008 through January 31, 2008 and 3.1% for the year-to-date period January 1, 2008 through February 29, 2008 ("Year-to-date"), compared to the same periods last year. The Year-to-date results were positively affected by one extra day in the 2008 versus the same period in 2007 due to the leap year.

The Fund is a limited purpose, open-ended trust established under the laws of British Columbia to acquire indirectly certain trade marks and trade names used by Boston Pizza International Inc. ("BPI") in its Boston Pizza restaurants in Canada. The trade-marks are licensed to BPI for 99 years for which BPI pays the Fund 4% of franchise revenues of its 300 Boston Pizza restaurants in Canada as at December 31, 2007.

The trustees of the Fund have approved the contents of this news release.
