Interstate All Battery Center Ranked Among Nation's Top Franchises
March 18, 2008 // Franchising.com // - (DALLAS) – Franchise Business Review, the industry leader in franchise market research, has named Interstate All Battery Center (IABC) to its prestigious annual Top 50 list after reviewing more than 3,500 franchisor brands. IABC, which began franchising in 2000, was ranked #20 of FBR's Top 50 franchises for midsize-class concepts.
"It was a real honor to not only receive this distinction, but also to announce it at our national franchisee convention in front of our franchisees who made it all possible," said Interstate All Battery Franchise and Development President Mickey Elam. Interstate All Battery Center had an 86 percent response rate, according to Franchise Business Review.
To measure franchisee satisfaction, Franchise Business Review surveyed franchisees from 325 franchise companies, representing 45,000 franchisees. Franchises were evaluated in five areas: Training & Support, Franchise System, Franchisor/Franchisee Relations, Financial Opportunity and Overall Satisfaction. Franchisees were asked a series of questions in these areas and then rated their franchisor on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent). All franchisees from each participating franchise company were invited to take the survey. The average rate of participation was 50 percent, with some franchise companies achieving as high as 100 percent participation from their franchise owners.
A benchmark of Interstate All Battery Centers' excellence in the industry is its pledge to 'extreme customer service.' They believe this is a way to earn the customer for life.
