Tony Rivera, Chicago Western Suburbs

Tony Rivera has 20 years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on software installations and maintenance. He has a B.S. in information systems from Devry University and brings years of experience in project management, client support, technology upgrades, and technical training. Tony and his wife Jackie, who attended January training, will be working their franchise together and are excited to get their business up and running.

Fatima Simmons & Michael W. Graham, Peachtree City, GA

Michael retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 20 years of faithful service. He spent the last 10 years with "Steak N Shake" as General Manager of Group Training. While at Steak n Shake, Michael helped turn several restaurants around by improving store image and providing 100% customer satisfaction. Michael is currently working on his MBA degree. Fatima graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors degree in "Management Information Systems." She is currently working for "Steak N Shake" as a restaurant manager. Michael McLean, Atlanta West

Michael is a successful business owner with an IT consulting firm providing service to SMB's around the Atlanta metro area. He holds a B.S. in Construction Technology and a Masters in Information Technology. Michael states, "It has been my experience that this market has been under serviced, and I have taken it upon myself to help fill this void with the assistance of I was attracted to because of the total solution that they are providing. By this I mean, the quality, non-proprietary equipment, and software along with 24-hour commitment to customer service. I look forward to a long and prosperous business relationship."

Eric Austin, Ft. Worth-West

Eric has many years of law enforcement experience and is a former police chief. He graduated with a B.A.A.S Degree in Criminal Justice from Dallas Baptist University. His wife Julie is a government contracts administrator with a leading defense contractor and has earned a M.S. Degree in Acquisitions and Contracts Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Together, Eric and Julie are looking forward to developing their territory.

George A. Zarecor II, Jackson, TN

George has worked for McDonalds restaurant corporation since 2003. In 2004 he received his electrical license and Electronic Tester II Certificate from Tennessee Technology Center of Ripley, TN. George also has a Diploma for Machinist 1 from TN Technology Center of McKenzie, TN.

James F. McLaughlin, Central NY/ Syracuse Area

James McLaughlin is the former high school principle for the Phoenix Central High School district in central New York. James retired in June 2007 after 36 years in education. He has a CAS in Instructional Administration, a MS in Secondary education, all obtained at the State University at Oswego. His interest in the digital surveillance industry evolved from his use of similar video equipment that was installed at Phoenix High School. Franchisees market, sell, install, and service state-of-the-art digital surveillance systems for commercial and residential use. With the recent advancements in digital technology, the quality of surveillance systems has significantly increased while the cost of equipment has continued to decrease.
