Whitbread is to invest £14 million into the Bournemouth area with the opening of a new Premier Inn hotel.
March 19, 2008 // Franchising.com // Due to open on 21st April 2008, the new development is located on the seafront and features 120 bedrooms, the contemporary Manhattan lounge bar and the Waters Reach Restaurant and Bar. The new Premier Inn, which has been named Bournemouth Central Westover Road is part of a larger investment by Premier Inn in the Bournemouth area.
The development is expected to create 60 full and part time jobs in the local area for a variety of roles including housekeeping, reception and waiting staff. It will also feature 7 purpose built meeting rooms, an ideal facility for all types of business needs.
The Premier Inn also includes a magnificent ballroom offering wonderful sea views, which can caterer for up to 350 guests. Perfect for tailored events such as weddings, celebrations, conferences and exhibitions.
The hotel will provide a number of different room options which will all include an en-suite bathroom; a single, twin or king size bed with duvet; remote control TV; tea/coffee making facilities and a spacious desk area.
