March 21, 2008 // Franchising.com // Fox Point, Wisconsin – Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of the newest Bruegger's bakery-cafe in the greater Milwaukee market. The company opened the new bakery at 383 West Brown Deer Road, Suite 20, in Fox Point. This location marks the sixth Bruegger's bakery to open in this market.
"Bruegger's is a popular destination for breakfast and lunch in Milwaukee and our guests like to take advantage of the free Internet access," said Bruegger's CEO James Greco. "Now our neighbors have another, more suburban location to frequent in Fox Point."
The bakery will provide approximately 19 new jobs and has indoor seating for approximately 55 guests with an additional 32 seats on the outside patio. This location features Bruegger's updated
bakery-cafe design incorporating a soft color scheme, emphasizing natural textures and warm tones
balanced with bright colors to make an inviting space for guests. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
