California Water Accountability Needs Motivates American Leak Detection To Participate in Statewide Seminars

To assist the state on water leak survey, water conservation and prevention methods, Palm Springs based American Leak Detection (ALD) has teamed with the California Rural Water Association to promote and educate rural water districts.

American Leak Detection, high-tech specialists in non-invasive leak location, is participating in the free training seminars throughout the state. Titled, "Introduction to Water Accountability and Leak Detection," the seminars are sponsored by the California Rural Water Association and the California Department of Water Resources.

ALD leak specialist Jimmy Carter assists CRWA instructor Michael Sims in the seminars which cover preliminary survey methods, zone measurements, pinpointing leaks, and estimating leaks. The presentations also include interactive discussions, various aspects of leak detection equipment and demonstrations, and sonic leak detection.
