Leading the trend toward offering flatbread as a pizza crust, Donatos is bringing customers the unique, robust tastes of Chicken Carbonara, Tuscan Vegy, Grilled Buffalo Chicken and Pepperoni Portabella on the healthier crust alternative.

Each pizza features unique ingredient combinations to create a distinct flavor
- The Chicken Carbonara pizza offers a robust combination of roasted chicken, Roma tomatoes, fresh spinach, applewood smoked bacon, red onion and a Tuscan cheese blend with a gourmet white sauce.
- The Tuscan Vegy pizza features fresh spinach and baby Portabella mushrooms amidst a variety of cheeses -- fresh mozzarella, provolone cheese and Donatos' custom Tuscan cheese blend -- all atop a zesty sun-dried tomato balsamic sauce.
- The Grilled Buffalo Chicken pizza offers the spicy kick of buffalo grilled chicken, red onion and green pepper, offset by provolone and blue cheese.
- The Pepperoni Portabella pizza combines Donatos' signature pepperoni and baby portabella mushrooms with aged provolone cheese and fire-roasted tomato sauce.
Each pizza features a flatbread crust. The flatbread's texture is somewhat chewy with a complex, slightly sweet flavor that lingers in the mouth. The seven-grain crust is made of all-natural ingredients and is also trans fat-free. Donatos eliminated trans fats from its menu in 2007 -- except where they are naturally occurring in some meats, cheeses and poultry.
With an abundance of fresh toppings and other premium ingredients, each pizza offers a portion of the recommended daily serving of vegetables, milk products, healthy oil, whole grains (3 grams of fiber per serving) and protein (10-16 grams per serving). One serving size is 1/6 of the pizza.
