Car-X Expects Growth in 2008

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Roger Hill, President and CEO of Car-X, kicked off the meeting with exciting news about the Car-X 2007 system-wide performance. Car-X opened 5 new stores, had 6 store re-sales and posted a 2.4% same store sales increase.

2008 is projected to be another strong year for same store sales growth and 6 new Car-X locations are planned.

Under the leadership of Mr. Hill, Car-X has experienced sales growth and expansion. There was a vibrant spirit at the meeting as a result.

Over 230 Dealers, Managers, Vendors and Guests converged on the Oak Brook Hills Marriott Resort to attend one of the most successful Car-X Dealer / Manager Meetings ever. That's 80% of the Car-X system. Way to go! Attendees made it the largest audience for the Awards Banquet to date.

They also attended terrific, informative dealer panels, updates on products, and sales aid presentations by vendors such as Raybestos, Tenneco, GE Money (Car-X Credit Card) and U.S. AutoForce. Two of our local agencies (Kennedy Communications and Marketing Matters) shared some spectacular information on internet and media activity.
