Mike Halbert is the Newest ActionCOACH from Utah

/24-7PressRelease/ - LAS VEGAS, NV, April 16, 2008 - Kevin Alft, ActionCOACH Master Licensee, has named Mike Halbert as the newest ActionCOACH in Utah.

Halbert has always liked coaching people and helping businesses grow to the next level.
"I have been doing so for 25 years now. I was looking for work of that nature. I investigated and found that this is what I really wanted to do," he said.

He will be working out of his home office in Provo, Utah.

Halbert has had his own business in manufacturing and has also worked with large grocery chains. He worked as project manager for a company and more than quadrupled the size of its business.
"My biggest accomplishment was opening the grocery chains in the entire West Coast region, from San Diego to Seattle, single handedly. I opened over 1000 grocery stores, put energy-saving devices, hired people and looked after various crucial operations for Kroger and Safeway stores," he said.

Halbert was impressed with ActionCOACH.

"I saw how this company had a language that was caring and considerate, and yet, firm and professional. Being one with very high standards, I could relate very well with ActionCOACH. The other thing that I noticed was the team and the synergy among the team members," he said.

Besides his inherent passion for coaching, the external factors that helped him make his decision were a change in lifestyle for the better as well as a balanced life where he would be able to spend more time with his family.

"The other external motivation was the kindness and coaching demonstrated by Kevin. He was a great help; he listened to me and gave me sound advice. He had genuine concern for my well-being and that really helped me with this decision as well as the entire process of becoming an ActionCOACH," he said.

Halbert wanted to have more fun doing what he likes best.

"I have seen it all and done it all. From small to multi-million dollar corporations, I have helped businesses grow. Having walked the walk and talked the talk, I am ready to help new businesses grow to new heights," he said.

Halbert already has his plan for the next 90 days. Being new to Utah, he is going to become more involved within the community and join some networking organizations. But for now, he feels truly blessed because he has found his "calling."
