CENTURY 21 Award Winners Announced

Over 2400 CENTURY 21 System members and 220 offices were recognized for their various accomplishments in 2007, with over 650 individuals crossing the stage at one of the seven CENTURY 21 Annual Awards Gala events that took place across the country from March 5 – 15.

CENTURY 21 Canada is pleased to announce the 2007 firm, office, individual and team award winners in the Annual Awards categories.

CENTURY 21 Conexus Realty Ltd., Regina SK swept the Firm category by winning the number one ranking by both production and units for the second year in a row. This is the 24th consecutive year that this company has ranked in the Firm category. CENTURY 21 Conexus Realty Ltd. is also the #1 Easter Seals Fundraising office in the CENTURY 21 System. This office has been a part of the CENTURY 21 System since 1982 and has grown to a company with 9 locations through out Saskatchewan and over 220 realtors and staff members.

CENTURY 21 Canada is pleased to announce that for the 19th consecutive year, CENTURY 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. (2505) in Toronto, ON has ranked #1 Office by Production in Canada – an exceptional achievement. The #1 Office by Units is CENTURY 21 First Canadian Corp. (3117) in London, ON – the fourth time this organization has earned this esteemed honor. These two companies are long time pillar members of the CENTURY 21 family and both Clare Fulton, broker owner of CENTURY 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. and Vito Campanale, broker owner of CENTURY 21 First Canadian Corp. have been named Franchisee of the Year as voted by peers.

CENTURY 21 Canada congratulates Sweg Deol of CENTURY 21 A.L.L. Stars Realty Ltd, Edmonton, AB for achieving the #1 Individual by Production. This is Sweg's fourth consecutive year in the prestigious Top 21 group and his eighth year achieving CENTURION status. Sweg has been a member of the CENTURY 21 family since 1991.

The #1 Individual by Units is Anna Trojanowicz of CENTURY 21 Platinum Realty, Edmonton, AB. Anna has quickly distinguished herself in the CENTURY 21 System and has also achieved CENTURION status for the second consecutive year.

The Goodale Miller Team of CENTURY 21 Miller Real Estate Ltd. in Oakville, ON earned top spot in the Team category by achieving #1 Team by Production. This is another outstanding year for the Goodale Miller Team who adds this honor to a long list of awards. The Goodale Miller Team has placed in the Top 10 Teams for the eighth consecutive year and has also achieved CENTURION status since 1999.

The #1 Team by Units is The Mike Kozicki Team of CENTURY 21 Royal Real Estate, Edmonton, AB. This team earned the 10 year CENTURION award in 2005, and their continued dedication to excellence earned them a position in this prestigious award category for the ninth consecutive year.

In 2007, CENTURY 21 Canada has the distinct pleasure of inducting two System members into the most prestigious and esteemed award category – the 20-Year CENTURION® Producer Award.
