Company Signs With Noodle Gang and Plans for New Restaurants in the Orlando and Gainesville Areas

BROOMFIELD, CO--(Marketwire - April 30, 2008) - Noodles & Company, the quick-casual, globally inspired noodle restaurant that serves a balanced menu of freshly sautéed Asian, Mediterranean and American cuisine, today announced a new development agreement with franchise group Noodle Gang to bring Noodles & Company restaurants to the Orlando and Gainesville, Fla. areas.

Under the terms of the agreement, Noodle Gang will open 18 Noodles & Company restaurants in the greater Orlando and Gainesville areas over a six-year-period. The first Noodles & Company restaurant is slated to open in late 2008 and will be the company's first entry into the Florida market.

Noodles & Company plans to continue its industry-leading growth by expanding its presence in existing markets and entering new areas such as Florida. The Company anticipates opening up to 50 new restaurants (both company-owned and franchise-operated) in 2008, and to exceed 500 restaurants in the next five to six years.
