May 07, 2008 // Franchising.com // - San Diego – San Diego local Gene McNaughton has joined OneCoach to provide area small-businesses owners with the tools and strategies they need to grow their businesses faster and achieve financial success. In the last month McNaughton has brought on a new franchise owner, Randy Hofman, expanding the franchise to serve the La Jolla area.
As an area developer for San Diego county, McNaughton now has a total of four esteemed franchise owners. These franchise owners include: Diane Kohler who is serving the North County Coastal and Inland areas; Chris Husong who is interacting with entrepreneurs in Escondido and Encinitas; George Evashko in the Del Mar area; and most recently, Randy Hofmann for the La Jolla community.
McNaughton grew up in a small town in Iowa with a big dream, but without much financial support. After graduating from high school, he worked two jobs and maintained football scholarships in order to pay his way through college. The budding computer industry offered a great opportunity for McNaughton, and upon graduation he joined a new company called Gateway Computers.
"Working with a company like Gateway really allowed me to spread my wings," said McNaughton. "During my 11 years there I was able to establish a foundation in sales and sales leadership, while also having the opportunity to train hundreds of fellow sales representatives in the art of effective business speaking."
After McNaughton's successes with Gateway he joined forces with peak-performance expert Anthony Robbins. As the Vice President of Global Sales, McNaughton was instrumental in driving sales teams to record performances all over the world. McNaughton's accomplishments earned him the Tony Robbins "WOW" award for three consecutive years and a starring role in the hit movie Pass It On.
"The information and tools that I learned and exercised earlier in my career motivated me to do something more," said McNaughton. "I wanted to use my own professional experience to help others achieve their entrepreneurial goals; this is what led me to OneCoach. It's is the perfect opportunity for me to combine my passion for sales leadership and coaching with the latest scientific brain research and laws of quantum physics that can be applied to business growth," said McNaughton.
McNaughton incorporates his expertise in professional speaking and business-growth strategies with the networking, best practices and coaching resources offered by OneCoach to provide local entrepreneurs with customizable programs to grow their businesses faster.
