Nothing But Noodles Finds A Warm Place In A Cold Climate

May 12, 2008 // Franchising.com // Scottsdale, Ariz. – Noodles Development, LP today announced the opening of its 18th Nothing but Noodles restaurant in South Burlington, Vermont. The opening marks the second of six restaurants the company plans on opening within the next eight months.

"Our main focus right now is to stay on track with all of our development plans," said President Todd Welker. "We have a lot in the works and hope our customers are excited that we're bringing the concept into so many new areas."

Store owners Eric Filkowski and Eric Suhadolc plan to use their over 30 combined years of experience in the restaurant business to expand their ownership and develop two additional units in the Burlington--Plattsburgh market.

"We are negotiating the lease on another location in Plattsburgh as we speak," claims Filkowski. "Nothing but Noodles is totally unique in New England. The market for upscale fast casual dining is wide open up here."

"The quality of the food, price point, speed, and upscale dining environment are unsurpassed," adds Luke Shullenberger, Area Director for the New England market. "This [Northeast] area is the most underserved market in the country for fast casual restaurants, and I am confidant that Noodles will be a big hit with customers and with investors."

Investment groups with interest in other area markets are encouraged to contact Luke Shullenberger at the New England Noodles Development Office: 802.244.1658 or lshullenberger@nothingbutnoodles.com.

Based out of Scottsdale, AZ, Nothing but Noodles is the fresh alternative to fast casual dining, offering global taste selections from Asian Pad Thai and Beef Stroganoff to a variety of pan-seared soups, hand-tossed salads and delectable desserts.
