H3 Enterprises, Inc. (HTRE) President and CEO, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, announced yesterday that the Grand Opening of the HipHopSodaShop in Miami, Florida is scheduled to begin on May 21, 2008.

(HTRE) President and CEO, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, announced yesterday that the Grand Opening of the HipHopSodaShop in Miami, Florida is scheduled to begin on May 21, 2008 and will last until July 21, 2008. The address of the Miami HipHopSodaShop is 2710 N.W. 167th Street, Miami Gardens, 33054.

H3 has executed a Joint Venture Agreement with RC Bar & Grill d/b/a Silqui's. The General Manager of the Miami HipHopSodaShop will be Robert Clarington, Jr., an experienced restaurant and business leader in Miami and the proprietor of Silqui's.

Dr. Chavis stated, "The 2008 Memorial Day weekend in Miami will be an excellent time to launch the Grand Opening of the HipHopSodaShop in this world class city."
