Clockwork Home Services(R) Promotes George Donaldson to Vice President of Operations – Plumbing & Electrical

SARASOTA, Fla. & DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clockwork Home Services, Inc. (Clockwork), one of North America's fastest growing operators of home services franchises, today announced the promotion of George Donaldson to vice president of operations – plumbing and electrical. Mr. Donaldson will be based in Denver, Colorado, and will work with the following company-owned franchises: Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® in Denver, Indianapolis and Nashville; Mister Sparky America's On-Time Electrician® in Atlanta and Denver; and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® in Denver and Nashville.

In his new position, Mr. Donaldson will report to Rebecca Cassel, group president of consumer services, Clockwork Home Services, Inc.

In his capacity as Vice President of Operations, Mr. Donaldson will also serve as the general manager of Candlelight Service Company in Denver, a Clockwork-owned company. Candlelight was acquired by Clockwork in September 2007 and operates under the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, One Hour Air Heating & Conditioning and Mister Sparky franchise brands. Prior to his new promotion, Mr. Donaldson worked at Candlelight for the last nine years and, under his leadership, helped the company realize double-digit annual sales growth.

Clockwork Home Services also announced today the promotion of David Bloom to vice president of operations -- West Coast. In his new role, Mr. Bloom will be based in the Los Angeles area and will work with Clockwork's company-owned franchises in Las Vegas, Riverside, Rocklin and West Covina. He was previously Vice President of Franchise Sales.

Clockwork currently operates electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning franchises within its portfolio of home services franchises.
