T.G.I. Friday's(R) Restaurants to Treat Dads to Free Onion Rings on Father's Day

CARROLLTON, Texas, May 28 // PRNewswire // -- After treating over 50,000 moms to free desserts on Mother's Day, T.G.I. Friday's restaurants today announced it will treat fathers across the United States to a free order of crispy beer-battered onion rings with roasted green Chile sauce with the purchase of an entree on Father's Day at participating restaurants.

"Fathers are always special guests at Friday's," said Andrew Jordan, senior vice president of marketing for T.G.I. Friday's USA. "We're inviting all the dads to celebrate Father's Day with us and we'll give them a special treat -- the next best thing to a free beer -- a free order of beer-battered onion rings."

Earlier this month on Mother's Day, Friday's® offered free desserts to moms and provided vouchers to dads for the free crispy beer-battered onion rings redeemable on Father's Day.

The coupon is also available at http://fridays.com/FathersDay2008Home.htm. The coupon must be presented for the onion rings.
