His office will be located in Stillorgan in Dublin, and he will be focusing on Dublin City and County.

Kenny spent over 20 years in various sales and marketing roles with global companies and spent most of his time trying to persuade people to do what he wanted them to do.

"As an ActionCOACH, I now get to empower people to do what they want to do. That's the difference and also the main reason I became an ActionCOACH," he said.

Over a four-year period, Kenny grew the market share for polyurethane chemical systems in Ireland from zero to 71 percent. In 2002, he bid farewell to the corporate world and founded a successful family business, which represented the business interests of overseas companies in Ireland.

Tired of corporate life, Kenny decided to become a full-time ActionCOACH.

"I now have the opportunity to build my own successful business while, as their coach, empowering other business owners to do the same," he said.

Kenny was impressed by ActionCOACH.

A leader of his community's youth club, Kenny is also a member of The Blanchardstown Chamber of Commerce in Dublin, The Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland and The International Business Coach Institute. He is also an Associate Affiliate of the European Coaching Institute.
