Service Brands International Appoints Experienced Franchise Executive to President and COO

Progressive Group of Franchise Service Companies Creates President and COO Position to Help Accelerate Growth

As part of the major growth strategy for its three brands – Molly Maid, Mr. Handyman and 1-800-DryClean – SBI hired John McDonald, formerly CEO of Vision Event Productions and Executive Vice President, Business Development and Sales for FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services, Inc., to fill the newly created President and COO position. In addition to overseeing operations and ensuring the best practices for Molly Maid, Mr. Handyman and 1-800-DryClean, McDonald will be instrumental in expanding additional franchise brands brought under the SBI umbrella in the future. McDonald brings more than 30 years of sales and management experience to SBI.
