Coldwell Banker Commercial(R) Showcases Prominent Exhibition at 2008 International Council of Shopping Centers RECon Tradeshow

The excitement about the CBC organization at the show was generated primarily through its 4,500-square-foot booth, located prominently on the Leasing Mall. In addition to its high-tech look with numerous plasma screens displayed around its exterior, the booth offered 11 private meeting rooms, two full conference rooms and several open meeting tables for hosting client and affiliate meetings. The company distributed its 2008 Coldwell Banker Commercial Retail Property Review at the booth, showcasing several hundred top retail listings from CBC affiliate offices across the country.

The four-day RECon event featured educational sessions on retail and economic development issues, a Trade Expo with product and service vendors, and a Leasing Mall showcasing leading retailers, developers, leasing agents, brokers, and public sector professionals.

The highlight of the numerous activities for the company during the show was the CBC Networking party at the booth, attended by several hundred industry professionals and CBC representatives.
