In the position of Franchisee Success Coach, Murphree will visit each Key West Inn every 90 days and will focus on: revenue management, capital improvement, marketing strategies. Additional program benefits are: a national reservation system providing seamless GDS connectivity, website promotion, free annual convention, license agreement with annual windows, and a competitive fee structure.
Key West Inns have built their brand with new and conversion hotels that offer unique architecture and high curb appeal, along with exclusive, themed interiors that create interest and excitement in smaller communities. Standards for quality of rooms, breakfast set up, décor and exterior appearance ensure the quality of the chain.
