WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., June 17 // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. (NYSE: KKD) announced the results of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

During the meeting, shareholders re-elected four Board members who were in classes up for election at the meeting: Charles A. Blixt, C. Stephen Lynn, Michael H. Sutton and Lizanne Thomas. Shareholders also ratified the appointment of the Company's independent registered public accounting firm.
