Keith Beddingfield Joins ActionCOACH with a Vision to Build a Firm in the Near Future

June 24, 2008 // Franchising.com // - Master Licensee, Lee Huffman, has named Keith Beddingfield as an ActionCOACH Business Coach in Tennessee.

Beddingfield's office will be located in Tennessee in the Chattanooga area, and he will be operating throughout the greater Chattanooga Metropolitan Area, including some communities in northeastern Georgia.

"I am very excited, both for the business leaders in the Chattanooga Metro Area and for our growing team of ActionCOACH Business Coaches in Tennessee, to be able to bring a coach of Keith's caliber into our extended team," said Lee Huffman, Master Licensee for ActionCOACH in Tennessee.

Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH Business Coach, Beddingfield was business director with Propex, Inc. – a manufacturer of polypropylene fabrics and fibers. He also spent over twenty years with DuPont in various assignments in the areas of sales, marketing, logistics, operations, and general business leadership.

Beddingfield has made many contributions to the organizations where he has worked.

"At DuPont, I led the business team which launched a major new line of specialty, branded cleaning products. At Propex, in addition to leading the corporate strategic planning process, I also led teams which identified large growth opportunities for the company," he said.

Having led businesses within both a large Fortune 50 corporation as well as within a smaller firm, Beddingfield is likely to hold an enviable position as an ActionCOACH Business Coach.

"My past experience in leadership, strategy development and implementation coupled with the power of ActionCOACH will significantly benefit my clients," he said.

Beddingfield was intrigued by the concept of business coaching, and immediately appreciated its potential value to small business owners.

"I believe that my personal skills and aptitude are a good fit with what ActionCOACH is looking for in its coaches, and I was impressed by the caliber of others involved in the company," he said.

The desire to own his own business was the other motivating factor behind Beddingfield's decision to join ActionCOACH.

"I have always wanted to own a business and even considered purchasing a small manufacturing firm at one point. But when I learned of ActionCOACH, it seemed to provide a more supportive means of entering into business ownership while at the same time enabling me to grow and develop personally," Beddingfield said.

With the ultimate aim of building an ActionCOACH business coaching firm, Beddingfield is excited about learning the ActionCOACH methodologies and systems.
