July 01, 2008 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J., — Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC will host a press conference and webcast on July 23, 2008, to formally announce the launch of a new and innovative real estate brand.

Please join Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC; Gayle Butler, editor-in-chief of Better Homes and Gardens magazine; and Alex Perriello, president and CEO of the Realogy Franchise Group, to witness the unveiling of the new real estate brand and its first franchisee.

In October 2007, Realogy Corporation announced it had entered into a long-term agreement to license the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate brand from Meredith Corporation (NYSE: MDP), publisher of Better Homes and Gardens magazine. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate becomes Realogy's fifth residential real estate franchise brand.
