Franchised Store Royalties Continue to Grow

DANBURY, Conn., July 1 // PRNewswire-FirstCall // -- Famous Uncle Al's Hot Dogs & Grille, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FDOG) announced today it has scheduled the opening of a new Famous Uncle Al's Dogs & Grille restaurant at 1269 Military Highway, Norfolk, VA. The new restaurant is located in a Home Depot shopping center and is scheduled to open Monday, July 8, 2008.

President, Dean Valentino commented, "The recent grand openings of our Restaurant's in Lancaster, Ohio and in Norfolk, Virginia continues to move the company forward from a revenue standpoint as well as promoting and building the Famous Uncle Al's brand name and product."

Valentino continued, "With a business model that includes continuing royalty revenue from franchised stores, we are excited about the cash flow that is generated from new restaurants. With a royalty of approximately of 7% collected from each store, this perpetual weekly revenue is the lifeblood of any franchise company and is what propelled the Subway and Quizno empires."
