July 08, 2008 // Franchising.com // - West Redding, CT—Sandella's Flatbread, the largest and fastest growing flatbread concept in the world, recently welcomed Kevin Fissell as their new Real Estate Manager. Mr. Fissell is responsible for developing market plans, site selection, lease negotiation, and lease administration functions to support Sandella's rapid growth.
Mr. Fissell comes to Sandella's after 8 years of sales analytics experience. Most recently Mr. Fissell was working for Colgate-Palmolive, a Fortune 500 company, as a sales analyst.
"Kevin brings the drive and knowledge to help Sandella's with its Real Estate process as we grow our Brand worldwide. Sandella's uses a lot of the latest technology in our real estate process and Kevin is familiar and comfortable with this approach," said Mike Stimola, Sandella's Founder and CEO.
Prior to Colgate-Palmolive, Kevin worked with Georgia Pacific. Mr. Fissell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Lynchburg College. He currently resides in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife.
