The new subsidiary, Worth Avenue Property Management Group, Inc. ("Worth") is a full service property management company, servicing the South Florida market. Recently, Palm Beach Realty announced a 100% lifetime commission payout plan for new agents joining the firm and as a result has seen both its rental and property management business growth considerable.

The Worth website has unique features that enables the tenant community and owners alike to expedite various tasks. Moreover, it provides a wealth of information pertaining to all facets of renting and property ownership.
