Three executives added to fast-growing portable storage and moving company

WASHINGTON, July 11 // PRNewswire // -- 1-800-Pack-Rat, LLC, announces the addition of three executives to oversee critical areas of the fast-growing portable storage and moving company. The expansion of its senior management team is the direct result of 1-800-PACK-RAT's dramatic growth from three locations in 2005 to its current level of 58 serviceable territories nationwide. 1-800-PACK-RAT also has commitments to expand to over 100 markets by the end of 2009.

Joining 1-800-PACK-RAT are Hal Justice, Chief Operating Officer; Joe Kozubowski, Vice President of Inter-Market Moves; and Rhett Trees, Vice President of Franchise Development.

Justice has a long record of successfully managing rapidly growing enterprises in various warehousing and logistics businesses. He was Executive Vice President for Americold Logistics, LLC, where he had direct management responsibility for the sales and marketing of more than 100 warehouse facilities and gross revenues in excess of $700 million. Most recently, he served as President of LMS Intellibound, Inc., a leading provider of distribution warehouse services with 45 locations in 20 states.

Kozubowski brings more than 20 years of experience in the relocation industry. Most recently, Kozubowski served as Vice President of Business Development for Dependable Auto Shippers where he was responsible for new program development as well as management of their retail pricing and yield management programs. Prior to his position at Dependable Auto Shippers, he worked for Allied Van Lines and SIRVA in various sales and marketing capacities.

Trees has over 11 years of executive management, sales, and real estate experience with private and public companies. He spent the last five years with Exclusive Resorts, where he led sales efforts for the United States and Latin America, and was the Founder and Director of the Sports and Entertainment division. He also acted as the Director of their Strategic Relationships Group. During his tenure, the company grew from $10 million in sales to $330 million in sales with $1.4 billion in assets under management. Prior to Executive Resorts, Trees performed various roles in the sales management and product development divisions at Owens Corning.
