DUCTZ International Aligns Management to Better Serve Franchisees

July 14, 2008 // Franchising.com // ANN ARBOR, MI, – John Rotche, president of DUCTZ International, LLC, a Belfor company, announced a re-structuring of the company's senior management to better serve the needs of their expanding network of indoor air professionals.

DUCTZ is the nation's largest heating, ventilation and air conditioning restoration business.

"We surpassed the 100-territory milestone, and we've already awarded more than 30 businesses this year. It was imperative to streamline communication, to eliminate redundancies, and to focus on franchisee revenue in order to reach our next growth goal," said Rotche. "Tom Handyside was appointed vice president of franchise operations, Tom Yacobellis becomes vice president of corporate operations, and Stephanie Teague is vice president of franchise administration."

"We will continue to deliver world-class training to our franchisees while maintaining the consistency and integrity of our franchise system," said Teague.

"I'm heading up our National Service Team (NST) and developing national accounts," said Yacobellis. "I will continue to ensure that our NST serves not only as an operational support system for our franchisees, but also as an opportunity to provide some of the most advanced 'real life' training this industry has to offer."

"Once owners go through our Right Start program and have launched the business, I'm responsible for their operating and technical support, marketing coaching, growing existing customer relationships, and guiding franchisees on national account jobs," said Handyside. "I'm excited about working with our owners to increase their revenues."

"These three appointments are well deserved," said Rotche. "They are innovators within our industry, and are respected for their expertise and commitment throughout our organization."
