July 23, 2008 // Franchising.com // Boulder Ridge Hotels, LLC of Fort Smith, Arkansas has opened a Microtel Inn & Suites hotel at 2475 Sanders Street and the intersection of Fendley Drive in Conway, AR. The 71-room hotel showcases the Microtel brand's award-winning new prototype design, and boasts a contemporary and streamlined environment with unexpected amenities that guests would not ordinarily expect to find in an economy hotel – such as free WIFI and free local and long distance phone calls. The hotel is managed by SKY Hospitality of Palm Harbor, FL and was constructed by Tri-Built Construction of Fort Smith.
