Forrester will be practicing from the semi rural location in County Louth, Ireland.

The main catchment area will be County Louth (with two substantial towns - Drogheda and Dundalk) and County Monaghan.

A Chartered Accountant, Forrester has amassed a wealth of experience at Board level within retail, manufacturing and service industries ranging from a small start-up company to a large multinational corporation.

"As Executive Director, I played a key role in the expansion of a furniture retail group into the largest company of its kind in Scotland by tripling the company in size over an eighteen-month period through internal growth," he said.

At his last appointment, Forrester was instrumental in building the company from break-even point into a highly profitable one with a solid platform for continued future development.

Forrester has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries as well as with companies of all sizes. Despite being a qualified Chartered Accountant, he does not believe in confining himself to just one area of business.

"I enjoy the interface with all disciplines of business and during my entire working life, I purposefully engaged in various operations in both big and small organizations in order to build extensive experience and skills in all aspects of operating a business," he said.

Forrester has a natural inclination toward coaching.
