ActionCOACH's Ex-Client Darren Greenaway Starts His Career as an ActionCOACH Business Coach in England

He will be practicing mainly in the Surrey and Sussex counties.

Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Greenaway had his own businesses including his estate agency; he still owns that business along with two others.

He had hired an ActionCOACH for his estate agency business and owing to the positive impact coaching had on his own business; he decided to join the business coaching firm in England.

"I had to struggle in my own business for several years and made many costly mistakes. I joined as an ActionCOACH Business Coach in order to help other business owners avoid the mistakes I made," he said.

The lessons learned from these mistakes were not lost on Greenaway.

"I set up my first estate agency for 25,000 and purchased my second one for only 1," he said.

His decision to join ActionCOACH was timely, and the turning point came when he went for a holiday with his family.

"I was on vacation and to keep myself occupied, I worked on some ideas for other companies I had met at several of the business functions hosted by ActionCOACH," he said. "On my return, I presented the ideas to my ActionCOACH, who in turn, offered me to join the ActionCOACH team in Shoreham. I accepted the offer and I have not looked back since."

Having been a business owner himself, Darren Greenaway is well-acquainted with the pressures and frustrations many business owners experience.

"I have been in their shoes and can empathize with the problems of small-to-medium sized business owners," he said.

Greenaway is excited about helping other business owners take their businesses to the next level.

"I am eager to work with a variety of companies- all experiencing varied opportunities and threats," he said.
