Previously a training manager at BD's Mongolian Barbeque in the Arena District of downtown Columbus, Saunders was involved in all aspects of restaurant management in both the front and back of the house. In his new role at Rise & Dine(TM) Restaurants, Saunders will work with franchisees companywide to provide training, communications and resources.
Saunders holds certificates in ServSafe, Food Safety First, Person in Charge and TIPS. He also is receiving his Rise & Dine(TM) Restaurants' training certification. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Saunders and his wife Katiy reside in Powell, Ohio.
