CENTURY 21 Canada Appoints New Director, Franchise Services

The move comes with a reorganization of the Franchise Services department, in order to provide improved quality and efficient franchise customer service.

Kevin has been with CENTURY 21 Canada for 24 years, beginning as a realtor with CENTURY 21 Westman in Brandon, MB. He then worked as a National Trainer for eastern Canada before transferring to western Canada and then moving to manage Calgary's CENTURY 21 Bamber Realty Ltd. and CENTURY 21 Bravo Realty. Kevin came back to CENTURY 21 Canada ten years ago as a Franchise Services Manager and National Trainer.

Kevin is excited about his new role, and for the direction that CENTURY 21 Canada is taking: "Our new online strategy introduced in 2008 has significant positive impact for all CENTURY 21 members—for realtors at the street level working with buyers and sellers, and for Brokers building their businesses through recruitment," he says.

CENTURY 21 Canada is confident that the leadership Kevin has shown throughout his career in training and management will now help guide the Franchise Services department. "Kevin will continue his online education activities and will now focus much of his time conducting CENTURY 21 orientations and implementations for both new and existing franchisees.
