Peter Suwondo wants to be a great coach – one who is always learning and consistently getting excellent results.

Suwondo decided to join ActionCOACH after attending a business camp conducted by Susanto's firm in April this year.

Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Suwondo was in the life insurance business with Prudential in the capacity of an Agency Manager and Business Owner.

"My team and I are still clients of the ActionCOACH business coaching firm in Indonesia," he said. "In addition to this, my team and two other teams from the same agency are platinum clients of the firm."

Highly educated, Suwondo backs his academic background with many years of corporate experience.

Having worked with several multinational companies (MNCs), Suwondo is familiar with finance, accounting, auditing and taxation.

"I have dealt with the auditing process of KPMG and Arthur Anderson. I have also carried out tax inspections and refunds with excellent results," he said.

Suwondo was impressed by ActionCOACH Master Licensee Herman Susanto, and his ActionCOACH Gendro Salim, who both supported his decision to join the company.
