Kevin Alft Awarded "Master Licensee of the Year"

For the second time, Alft receives this coveted award.

Las Vegas, NV,--(PR.com)-- ActionCOACH, the world's number one business coaching firm, played host to the largest gathering of Business Coaches in the world at its 2008 Global Conference held at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Spa in Newport Beach, California.

At its awards ceremony, Kevin Alft won top honors as ActionCOACH "Master Licensee of the Year." He also received the award earlier this year at ActionCOACH's North American conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The "Master Licensee of the Year" award considers the overall success of ActionCOACH and its clients. The company's growth rates of revenue, profit, and the number of clients are compared.

ActionCOACH Master Licensees function as the company's leaders at a state level and are responsible for developing business in their respective territories. Their most important functions include recruiting coaches and providing support to them.

"They form the pillars of the company and are leaders in their own right," ActionCOACH's Director of Marketing Jodie Shaw said. "The success of our Master Licensees is largely responsible for making ActionCOACH the leading business coaching firm in the world."

ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars announced the award.

"Our Master Licensee of the Year has the right attitude and is leading great initiatives to take his company to the top," he said. "Kevin is an outstanding leader and asset for our company; it's an honor to again give him this award."

Alft, who is the master licensee for the states of Utah/Idaho and New Mexico as well as South Texas, was also awarded with Los Angeles and Orange County areas at the global conference.

ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
