Jamba, Inc. to Reschedule Release of Second Quarter 2008 Results and Conference Call

Emeryville, Calif., Aug 19, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Jamba, Inc. (NASDAQ: JMBA; NASDAQ: JMBAU; NASDAQ: JMBAW) (the "Company") announced today that it will reschedule the release of its second quarter 2008 results and conference call to August 28, 2008. The delay will provide the interim management team the necessary time to complete its initial strategic review of the business and the quarterly financial review.

The release of the Company's second quarter results and conference call were previously scheduled for August 21, 2008. The second quarter 2008 conference call and webcast will now be on Thursday, August 28, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. EDT. A press release with second quarter 2008 financial results will be issued shortly after the market closes on August 28, 2008.
