Paul Lavoie of Trumbull has joined ActionCOACH of Connecticut

With a coaching staff of five, Westport-based ActionCOACH of Connecticut is the largest ActionCOACH firm in the Northeast.

For three years prior to joining ActionCOACH of Connecticut, Lavoie (paullavoie@actioncoach.com) headed his own ActionCOACH practice, ranked as one of the top five in the country. Before that, he had a successful executive career of more than 25 years, gaining experience in a variety of businesses and in high-level executive positions, including SVP at a $375 million corporation. His experience encompasses a large number of functional areas: HR, marketing, advertising, public relations, operations, sales, customer service, IT and general management.

ActionCOACH of Connecticut was founded by Jim Malski (jimmalski@actioncoach.com) in 2003 and has grown to five Certified Action Business Coaches within the past year and a half.
