National Sports Pub & Restaurant Chain Opens Their First Nevada Location in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Indigo Joe's Sports Pub & Restaurant opened its doors to the Nevada public on Monday, August 18. This newest member of the family-friendly chain offers all of the things Indigo Joe's fans from West Coast to East Coast have come to love: a sizable menu with a variety of choices sure to please any appetite, inviting atmosphere, above and beyond customer service, "Famous TV Wall", sound-proof kid's game room and full bar complete with distinctive specialty drinks plus 20 beers on tap. The owners of this first Nevada Indigo Joe's franchise, Christine Chan and Nathan Trent, are excited about opening their restaurant in their hometown of Las Vegas.

Franchisee Christine Chan explains, "We chose Las Vegas for our location because I am a long time resident of 22 years and this is home for me." Christine brings with her 20 years of combined kitchen, service and management experience" much of that with another popular national brand. "After working for a major franchise brand for 7 years, I wanted to go into business for myself. I ran a profitable store and knew I had the ability to do the same for myself. I started looking into franchises and after researching decided on Indigo Joe's." Business partner, Nathan Trent brings with him an equally successful track record of restaurant management, and feels like Indigo Joe's is a great fit for not only he and his family, but also for the Las Vegas market.

The Indigo Joe's concept, based out of California, is built upon the belief that they are "What A Neighborhood Restaurant Should Be! "Troy Taylor, CEO of Neighborhood Sports Pub Concepts, Inc. "franchisor of Indigo Joe's Sports Pub and Restaurant "set out to establish the brand in the late '90's. Taylor traveled the country, taking notes on different sports bar establishments and performing volumes of research on what diners really want. He hoped to offer a little something to please a variety of guests, while setting Indigo Joe's apart from the fray. Taylor opened the first Indigo Joe's just 5 years ago based on the concept that "We're Not Your Average Joe" and that it Is possible to please everyone.
