September 10, 2008 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J. — Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates, LLC today announced that Fuller Towne & Country Properties in Greenwood Village, Colo., has joined its luxury real estate network.

Owned by Scott Webber and Bruce Shannon, the firm now will do business as Fuller Sotheby's International Realty.

"Fuller Towne & Country Properties is known as one of the finest real estate firms in Colorado, and I am absolutely delighted with their affiliation," said Michael R. Good, president and chief executive officer, Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates, LLC. "Their attention to customer satisfaction aligns with our brand's core values and we believe they are an ideal representation for us in this market. The addition of Fuller Sotheby's International Realty rounds out a very strong Colorado presence for our brand."

Fuller Sotheby's International Realty's 148 sales associates will continue to serve the metro Denver and foothills regions across four offices. The main office is located at 8400 E. Crescent Parkway #300, Greenwood Village, Colo., 80111. The other three offices are located in Cherry Creek North, LoDo and Evergreen.

"Our goal is to build on our already distinctive luxury real estate niche in the metro Denver area," said Webber. "We are confident that with the support of the Sotheby's International Realty brand, and our focus on providing top quality service to our customers, we will set ourselves apart from the competition and take our business to the next level with phenomenal marketing and services."

According to Heather Parness, the firm's president, the affiliation provides them the ability to not only promote their listings locally but also the resources to market globally. "This is a huge competitive advantage to all of our clients, and it also provides buyers with access to a huge amount of inventory to review and compare when they begin their home search. The marketing tools this brand provides are absolutely phenomenal," she said.

The Sotheby's International Realty network currently has more than 10,000 sales associates located in more than 500 offices in 36 countries and territories worldwide. All Fuller Sotheby's International Realty listings will be marketed on the sothebysrealty.com global Web site. About Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC

Founded in 1976 to provide independent brokerages with a powerful marketing and referral program for luxury listings, the Sotheby's International Realty network was designed to connect the finest independent real estate companies to the most prestigious clientele in the world. In February 2004, Realogy Corporation, a global provider of real estate and relocation services, entered into a long-term strategic alliance with Sotheby's, the operator of the auction house. The agreement provided for the licensing of the Sotheby's International Realty name and the development of a full franchise system by Realogy's subsidiary, Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC. Affiliations in the system are granted only to brokerages and individuals meeting strict qualifications. Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC supports its affiliates with a host of operational, marketing, recruiting, educational and business development resources. Franchise affiliates also benefit from an association with the venerable Sotheby's auction house, established in 1744. For more information, visit www.sothebysrealty.com.
