Second Atlanta Bread Opens In Tallahassee

Doors Open, Dough Rises at New Bakery Café

September 13, 2008 // Franchising.com // The global flavors of Atlanta Bread are now closer than ever for Tallahassee residents. Franchise owners, Tony Roberson and Danny Quinton, announce the grand opening of a new Bakery Café located at 1408 Timberlane Road in Tallahassee.

This location is the second Atlanta Bread in Tallahassee; another Atlanta Bread is located 1504 Governor Square Boulevard.

"We are excited to join the Atlanta Bread family and can't wait to share the flavors of Atlanta Bread with Tallahassee," said Roberson, Atlanta Bread franchise owner.

The Atlanta Bread location in Tallahassee features the new Atlanta Bread exterior and interior package. The decor focuses on a contemporary color palette and eclectic touches. Bold fabrics upholster comfortable booths and banquettes, and comfortable chairs can be found throughout. The global flavors of the food are echoed in the custom- designed artwork and hand-picked shelving and accessories.

The star of the Atlanta Bread offerings is an assortment of freshly baked breads including Asiago Foccacia, Honey Wheat and the signature Cinnamon Raisin Bread. The breads envelop a vast selection of sandwiches which feature cultural flavors from around the globe like the Bistro Chicken Press grilled on Ciabatta or the Chicken Waldorf served on Asiago Foccacia. Guests can also choose from one of Atlanta Bread's daily rotating menu of unique and flavorful soups. The menu also offers delicious pizzas, pastas, calzones, and salads such as the Chopstix Chicken, Salsa Fresca Salmon Salad, and Greek or Caesar salads for lunch and dinner.

Light morning fare includes an array of bagels, pastries, and croissants, perfectly complemented by any of Atlanta Bread's gourmet Arabica coffees. Customers can enjoy hot breakfast sandwiches with a choice of honey maple ham, sausage or applewood smoked bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant or bagel as well as made-to-order Cinnamon Raisin French toast, omelettes and Belgian waffles. And a sweet tooth can be cured anytime with danishes, muffins, cookies and homemade bread pudding.

As part of a national giving program, Atlanta Bread of Tallahassee will donate all unsold bread at the end of each business day. Please visit www.atlantabread.com for a bread donation application for your charitable organization to become a recipient.
