September 15, 2008 // Franchising.com // Philadelphia, PA Johnnie's Dog House Franchising, LLC, a new and upcoming retail food franchise which provides its customers "The Foods You Crave" in multiple business formats that compete locally and nationally, announced today it has recruited Kim Perrotta to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
As part of the major growth strategy to become a nationally recognized brand in the next three years - Johnnie's Dog House recruited Perrotta, formerly Managing Director for International Development for Focus Brands Inc., to the position of COO. In addition to overseeing operations, ensuring the best practices for Johnnie's Dog House, and delivering consistent value to its franchise partners, Perrotta will be instrumental in expanding additional partnerships and venues brought under the Johnnie's Dog House umbrella in the future.

Kim has dedicated more than 30 years to franchising in both Franchisee and Franchisor capacities. His experience includes franchise support, operations, development, marketing, financial management, real estate, construction, and both domestic and international franchise brand building. Perrotta has been associated with world class brands such as Wendy's, Sbarro's, and Dunkin' Donuts. Through the course of his career, Perrotta has served in a variety of progressive positions such as General Manager, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Director. Perrotta has also served as Country Manager when assigned to brands in Asia and the Middle East.
