Newly Created Commercial Real Estate Company Primed For Success in Silicon Valley Region

September 22, 2008 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Coldwell Banker Commercial® Affiliates, one of the world's largest commercial real estate brokerage franchise systems, today announced the addition of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Bay to its national franchise network.

CBC Bay is a newly formed commercial real estate brokerage firm that will be headquartered in San Jose, Calif., and will serve the entire Silicon Valley market. The company is owned and managed by commercial real estate veteran Mahnaz Khazan.

Khazan most recently owned a leading regional commercial real estate firm, Commercial Bay Real Estate Services, which accounted for more than $200 million in commercial listings since 2005.

CBC Bay will be a full-service commercial real estate company that will provide brokerage services for all property sectors, particularly office and retail within the region. The firm is also starting out with a culturally diverse group of 27 sales professionals in the office.
