Ahmad Rajab is Impressed by the Win-Win Mindset of ActionCOACH
Ahmad Rajab feels that with the current economic slowdown, more business owners than ever will need the services of an ActionCOACH.
Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Paul Fagan has named Ahmad Rajab as an ActionCOACH in Ireland.
His office will be located in the capital city of Dublin, Ireland.
Rajab is forward thinking and his ultimate goal is to be able to further invest in the company by establishing a firm of successful ActionCOACH Business Coaches in the near future.
With a proven record of working with small-to-medium sized businesses, Rajab was intrigued by the opportunity to help them in an innovative and profitable way.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Rajab was in the financial management field. For the past 13 years, he worked as an outsourced Financial Controller for many small-to-medium sized companies.
One of Rajab's accomplishments in his previous career was building and developing a profitable financial consultancy firm.
"I have had a high client retention rate – having never lost a client throughout my professional career," he said.
Rajab believes his vast experience in the arena of business operations and financial management will enable him to be a more effective Business Coach.
"Being patient and able to easily build rapport with people has enabled me to become an effective trainer; I plan to hone these skills even further to benefit my clients, and team," he said. "Furthermore, due to my past background in financial consultancy services, I have been able to develop excellent negotiation skills, which will be vital in growing my new business."
Rajab found the culture at ActionCOACH to be a refreshing change from the one found in the modern corporate world.
"The high moral standards and the culture of the team along with the support and 'win-win' mentality are encouraging and highly motivating," he said.
He feels that as a result of the current economic slowdown, small-to-medium sized businesses will need to operate smarter in order to grow and prosper.
"The education and support provided by ActionCOACH is needed now more than ever," he said.
Rajab is excited about his new role as an ActionCOACH.
Rajab is actively involved within his local community.
"I have volunteered my time to a local community centre, which helps the long-term unemployed and marginalized members of the community re-enter the work environment," he said.
Rajab is a member of the Small Firms Association of Ireland, the Irish Small & Medium Enterprises Association and the Fingal County Enterprise Board.
