Sangster's Unveils a New Store Design in Regina

SASKATOON, Sept. 24 /CNW/ - Sangster's Health Centres, (a division of Planet Organic Health Corp. POH-TSX Venture Exchange), Canada's longest running health and nutrition franchise announced their new store image today with one of their corporate stores showcasing it for the first time.

Sangster's has finished renovating their Victoria Square Mall location in Regina, Saskatchewan. It is the first store of the Sangster's franchise to show off the fresh, new design. Plans are underway to bring the look across the country incorporating it into all new locations, as well as converting existing stores.

The store has added a freezer to serve the growing need of organic freezer foods to their customers. They have also introduced "Health Notes", a touch screen technology, interactive information centre to provide customers and staff with a self-serve resource centre for all their questions relating to their health products. President and COO, Darryl Sangster says, "Our new store design reflects the growth of our company and is essential to adapt to our customers needs. We wanted to provide our customers with a modern, positive atmosphere to highlight their shopping experience and appeal to all ages and walks of life. The new store design makes products easier to find by eliminating clutter, and has a pleasant, natural feel to it. It's a fresh, cohesive image and one that we are very excited to reveal to our customers."

Since Sangster's Health Centres roots lie in Saskatchewan, it is only fitting that they would choose a Saskatchewan location to kick-off their new store image. The Sangster's franchise started out in 1971 and has been growing ever since. As a family run, Canadian owned and operated business Sangster's has found continued success over the past 37 years. Products featured are their exclusive blended vitamins, herbs, sports nutrition, food, and natural body care products.
