Tampa, FL, --(PR.com)-- Tye Maner, president of the Tye Maner Group, announces that the company was the featured speaker for the Sunway Restaurant Corporation at its annual store manager meeting. Sunway owns and operates several McDonalds' franchises in the area.

Maner, a national sales, motivational and leadership development expert, presented his widely acclaimed topic -- Keys to Leadership -- to approximately 20 managers attending the seminar at Sunway's office in Brandon.

"All brands, large or small, know that to be truly successful, its key leaders must understand the fundamental rules of leadership and how to apply them," states Maner.
