Power and Associates study measuring customer satisfaction among full-service moving companies. According to J.D. Power and Associates' 2008 Full-Service Moving Company Satisfaction Study(SM), TWO MEN AND A TRUCK ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction among the leading national moving companies. The study ranked customer satisfaction levels among national moving companies based on responses from nearly 3,000 consumers who have used a full-service moving company during the past 12 months.
