Las Vegas, NV, --(PR.com)-- Mike Greene has joined the ActionCOACH business coaching firm headed by Marcia Rynearson in Pennsylvania.
He will be operating from his home-office in Carlisle, as well as through the firm in Lancaster.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Greene led the business development efforts for the number one Sir Speedy franchisee in a network of hundreds worldwide.
Greene made many strides in his previous career. He was able to grow sales by $1 million in less than four years; this helped him climb the corporate ladder to reach the position of National Sales Leader with a personal revenue growth of $300,000. He was also one of the first salespeople in franchise history to achieve sales exceeding $1 million.
Greene achieved much recognition for his outstanding sales performance.
He achieved the million dollar sales club membership for five years. He was also awarded "Top Performer" status for 12 years as well as the "Top Regional Salesperson" honor for eight years.
"I also mentored million dollar sales people and helped lead one to become a National Sales Leader for more than one year," he said.
Greene left a lucrative and promising career in sales to join ActionCOACH as he found it to be a better opportunity to use his skills, knowledge and expertise. He felt saturated in his past career and wanted to move ahead by taking on something he could be more passionate about.

For over 20 years, Greene has been an exceptional sales leader with proven experience in business development, sales planning and execution, C-level sales, vertical and horizontal market expansion, while also building strong relationships with clients, associates and partners. He also has vast experience in public speaking on topics including sales, finances, relationships, people's skills, personality profiles, goal setting and life planning.
Greene has always been interested in coaching.
